SADDLECO JOINS BIKES BELONG
San Francisco, California, January 8, 2003
For Immediate Release
SaddleCo, maker of the new Flow™ saddle, today announced that it
has joined Bikes Belong.
"Bikes Belong is the most important organization for promoting cycling
in the United States," commented John Neugent, SaddleCo’s President.
Flow™ was unveiled at Interbike 2002, and will ship later this quarter.
The patent-pending design involves encapsulation molding a nylon thermoplastic
perimeter around an elastomeric monofilament textile, and then stretching
this onto an overmolded alloy frame to create a suspended seating surface.
Flow™ was nominated for best product at Interbike 2002 by BR&IN
editors, and appears in the February edition of Wired magazine.
